The Mission :
In their 2020 inaugural Season I helped the San Diego Loyal, a USL Championship team coached by Olympic Soccer star Landon Donovan. I was tasked with crafting their entire season look on all Digital platforms and worked on miscellaneous branding projects for special events. Below are some highlights from the work we created over the season.
2021 Playoff Campaign
Below is the creative to announce that the San Diego Loyal had clinched their first playoff berth in club history. The graphic featured Torero stadium, star players, and their leader, Coach Landon Donovan.
"We Are In The Playoffs" while very literal sounding, came from the fan chant, "San Diego, We Are"
Playoff Logo Lock Ups
SD Loyal Logo locked up with the playoff mark, and a separate version with the presenting sponsor.

Since the playoff match was a road game, the idea was to include fan footage behind the players so we could represent our loyal fanbase while they weren't there.
